Frederik van de Ven is currently
Sustainability Director of KWE ’ s EMEA Regional HQ . His main focus is to integrate sustainability further in the business and implement a sustainable logistic service worldwide .
Van de Ven started his corporate career in 2015 in the airline industry , working for eight years at Air France- KLM across several positions in Paris and Amsterdam .
Prior to his business career , Van de Ven was a tennis professional playing on the ATP tour and a tennis coach . He holds a Bachelor ’ s degree in Industrial Engineering from the Eindhoven University of Technology , as well as a Master ’ s in Operations Management and Logistics .
