80 % less energy for these functions than a typical Trondheim office, where temperatures can drop to around-20 ° C. The result is a structure that produces around twice as much electricity as it uses across the year, with the surplus feeding a local microgrid. That excess power reaches neighbouring buildings, electric buses, cars and boats, extending the benefits well beyond its own walls.
