Ecoar - Operating in the social , cultural environmental areas as well as popular entrepreneurship , the “ Socio-environmental Responsibility Ecoar Project ” is part of the strategy of Morrinhos ’ wind power plant implementation , in the city of Campo Formoso , Bahia state . The idea is to increase the potential od positive factors innate to the community that reside in areas influenced by the wind power complex .
