Americas LLC , a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jyoti Structures Limited , is the only lattice tower manufacturer of scale on US soil , with an annual manufacturing capacity of 50,000 Tons .
It is equipped with eleven of the fastest and most advanced CNC angle and plate punch and drill lines for fabrication . The galvanizing plant is the most modern and environment-friendly , in the world ; offering galvanizing services to third-party customers .
The plant has been operational since May 2012 and is servicing North American customers for tower supply as well as design , testing and third-party galvanizing work .
