Worker Education Project : A partnership with SESI ( Industrial Social Service ), Jalles Machado has maintained an educational program for young people and adults since March 2004 . The project , named “ Educação para o Trabalhador ” ( worker education ) aims to provide education to the workers , from basic literacy skills through high school .
Professional Education : To promote professional development , the company has partnerships with professional education institutions as SENAR ( National Rural Training Service ), SENAI ( National Service of Industrial Learning ) and ITEGO ( Goiás Technological Institute Governor Otávio Lage ). In addition , the company holds training and improving programs , has an internship program , and scholarships for graduate and post graduate courses for employees .
