London 2012 Olympics team at Abbey Mills pumping station apprenticeship programme , a long-running initiative with 46 apprentices currently on the books . The company plans to take on another 30 in 2014 / 15 and also has 18 employees on its graduate programme , an initiative which facilitated Collington ’ s rise through the ranks .
