Formed in Leeds in 1992 as specialist drains clearer and repairer Lanes for Drains , it had a workforce of just five . Today , it is the UK ’ s largest independent drainage specialist with three branded companies and several operating divisions , employing some 1,400 staff , and has built a nationwide network of 23 depots stretching from Aberdeen down to Plymouth while earning numerous accolades and accreditations .
