Nicola has 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. He joined Eni in 2002 and held roles including VP Exploration for Americas and Northern Europe and Managing Director of Eni Ivory Coast. Since 2024, he was Head of Exploration Projects of Eni.

Gwenaelle Avice Huet joined Schneider Electric in 2021, working in Boston, US as Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy. She then held the position of Chief Strategy and Sustainability Officer, before heading the company’ s Europe Operations starting in 2023. Gwenaelle now leads industrial automation for Schneider.
