Projects accelerate from Australia to the Netherlands On the other side of the world , Australia is busy striving to be the largest green hydrogen producer globally – as facilities , funding , and collaborations continue to multiply .
The Western Green Energy Hub ( WGEH ), in Western Australia , will be a collaboration between InterContinental Energy , the Mirning People ( the first owners of the land ), and CWP Global , a renewable energy developer .
The hub will cover more than 5,790 square miles ( 15,000 sq kms ) and be able to produce up to 50GW of hybrid wind
