Danish Fields is another of Texas’ solar megaprojects, though it is located on the opposite side of the state, close to the Gulf of Mexico. The site was developed by TotalEnergies and it forms part of the company’ s growing portfolio of renewables.
Battery storage is an important part of the Danish Fields project too, with its 225MWh storage system helping to cater to peaks in demand in the local area.
